Average. It was a zoom interview. There were about two unit leaders and the operations manager. They were nice and asked the usual interview questions. I think it took about two weeks for them to offer the position.
They will make you feel comfortable. The process is into different stages and you have to ace all before you can get the job. The only complex part is the oral stage.
