The interviewer was a seasoned professional, and was very courteous, as well as informative, and it felt very comfortable. I applied through a recruiting firm. I was still considered, even though I was a few months short of what they required in experience.

How did you solve an obstacle in your last role?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Applied on a job board and was contacted via email shortly after for a Zoom screening. I was very disappointed in that I dressed up expecting a video call only for the HR associate to not want to video chat. I feel they did not ask too many in depth questions about my background and essentially knit picked at my background and what I was lacking. It's as if they already knew I was not going to be hired but interviewed me anyways. For me it was a waste of time and showed their lack of professionalism.
The interview process was very standard. Initial interview, followed by a second interview with a different person, and then a panel for the third interview. Standard interview questions, very nice staff.
