I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MetLife (Sayreville, NJ) in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview was conducted over webex with three member panel working in remote location. They were looking for someone who could analyze the large volume of data being collected from different geographical locations and develop an application for it as currently this process is being done manually through emails.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MetLife (Jersey City, NJ) in Sep 2014
Interview
The process the was relatively simple. Upon submission of the resume, the company recruiter went over the resume with every individual candidate and asked simple questions to see the further match of the personality of the individuals with the once the company is actively seeking. The 2nd round was a phone interview with a talk time of 15-20 minutes depending on how impressed they were with you. Once both rounds are completed, the recruiter would let you know if you made it in or no.

Question 1
What was your responsibilities at your previous work?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MetLife (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
First I had a recruiter phone interview. It seemed to go fine, but I believe I didn't hear back for a few weeks. Then the hiring manager and I had a phone interview. The final round was an in-person interview with my entire team (each team member was another half hour). It was rigorous, but it was a good way to meet everyone and see if I'd feel comfortable with the team.
