Match Group interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. Each step was communicated clearly by my recruiter, and I always knew what to expect next. I met with a variety of future colleagues, which gave me a great sense of the culture (everyone seemed genuinely happy to work at MG and eager to gain a new team member). Kristin, my recruiter, went above and beyond to communicate my status at each step and would check in on me regularly. My hiring manager and recruiters made me feel ~very~ valued and sold the company very well, which ultimately led me to accept this offer over competing offers (even with slightly higher compensation packages).
