I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Match Group in Nov 2025
Interview
The process was a relatively standard interview process. There was a phone screening and several panel interviews. It was clear the interviewers did not know the job role. To be honest, it was as if they were given example answers to the questions they asked and did not know what to do if the answers given differed than what they expected.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Match Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Straightforward and nice recruiter. They were able to explain the role clearly and kept in touch throughout the process. However, they ended up going with more senior candidates, despite the leveling of the position - which to me indicates they are taking advantage of the market (hiring people with more senior experience for mid-level roles)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Match Group (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2023
Interview
6 or so interview steps with a written project at the end. Typical initial call with recruiters, and then so on to key team and hiring manager. They were really responsive, way more communicative than most.
