I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Lush (Cantorbéry, Angleterre) in Jun 2016
Interview
One on one interview, several questions and an hour trial shift on the shop floor. Usually lush hold group interviews but I was on holiday during the date. The interview was held in the small office in store, felt quite unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What my favourite Lush products were and why.
Why I wanted to work for the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lush (Londres, Angleterre) in Jul 2016
Interview
The first interview is a group interview where they test your ability to communicate and connect with other people. They say previous knowledge of their products is not necessary, but believe me, there ARE going to be people who know everything either about Lush or cosmetics in general and unless you want to look like a potato, it's good to know what's there and what the products are good for.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Sell one of these gift boxes to an imaginary customer. In my case, I had to sell something to a mum who was looking for a gift for her 16 year-old son.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review and share your feedback. It is really useful for us to know how people find this process and it is great to hear about your experience.
Best wishes,
The Lush Team

Interview
Sent my CV via email, got an email back and was invited for an interview. Fairly easy group interview, difficult as it was a group however and its hard to shine in a group without overshining. We were basically asked to talk about ourselves and the role, what we thought it entailed etc, how to be a good employee.
