Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Six other girls arrived and we played games, got to know each other. It was almost like a slumber party! They do ask you to draw pictures and present items to customers/other interviewees on the fly as well. After that three girls (including myself) got a call to do a trial shift. Personality is a big part of it. I was also a regular customer of Lush beforehand, so they recognised me.
