Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Stage 1: Group interview involving bringing a personal item to describe yourself, 2 group activities the first being a "video" reviewing a product and the second being a describe and find activity of shop items. Stage 2: Shop floor trial and 1:1 interview. Shop floor trial required interviewees to work on the shop floor and help customers with the aid of Lush employees. The 1:1 interview was casual and focussed on personal experiences and expectations of good customer service etc.
