Lush Sales Assistant interview questions

Had a group interview with around 30 other people, and did some tasks where we had to sell a product to another interviewee. Then had a very quick one-on-one interview where we were asked a few generic interview questions. I was then asked to come back for a trial shift on a sunday morning, there was a lot of us doing the trial shift and not many customers in straight away in the morning so everyone would rush to get a customer. I got to leave with a free bath bomb.

Fun and friendly but you definitely need a lot of confidence! They’re looking for personality and it’s a lot of role play and fun games just to get to know you!
