This was the typical process, initial phone screen with HR then hiring manager. I didn't make it to final rounds or panel but traditional questions were asked. Behavior based, direct work experience, test of skills. 30 minutes initial screen. Manager for 45 minutes. overall a good experience with decent follow up on outcome.
online cognitive ability assessment test, English assessment test I have given. in cognitive ability test you have shortcuts, gridlock, resemble, numbubbles, tally up test games which checks your skills. i have given this two rounds only next I got no email about selection or next assessment

There were two rounds - Group Discussion followed by the HR round. Group Discussion consisted of general topics and hr round was about your profile and background and discussed the renumeration and benefits
