IBM System Administrator interview questions

The interview is mainly about two parts: technical and personal. For the technical part, they mainly asked what you have on the resume and something about the job. For example, they asked about the difference between Windows and Linux. For the personal part, they ask my hobby, my passion, my view of big companies in the world, etc. I talked with technical person in the first interview and talked with the manager of the team in the second interview.
