IBM Software Development Engineer interview questions

I received a call from IBM for interview. I completed all rounds with them which were WebEx rounds. They have total three round. First one was mental and English test. After having managerial round, they never received a call from them. I put mail as well, but no reply. I never understand when they don't want to hire, why they waste someone's time or at least they should come with some feedback, if they don't want to hire someone. Companies should understand the value of other's time as well.

Interview process was very nice with the people concentrating more on your attitude than your technical skills . Questions were quite simple and they concentrate more on data base management and core JAVA
