IBM Software Developer Internship interview questions

Very easy. The interviewer was very easy going and did not focus on technical questions and instead on behavioral and past experiences. Asked me to outline previous work and projects listed on my resume. Then the interviewer explained the role in detail, an asked if it sounded desirable to me. I said yes and the next week I got an offer, which I took.

Phone call was easy technical questions, and then there was a video chat technical and personality interview. Also not difficult, and the interviewer was allowed to help with syntax at times. Overall, smooth process.
