Interview
Was an internal transfer, so was pretty straightforward. Still, the red-tape took me 8 weeks. Had interviews with hiring manager, his manager, his colleagues and my future colleagues. Each of these rounds took a week and then another week or so for them to decide. Then finally the transfer. Also, being an internal transfer, they relied more on my references more than the actual interview.
