IBM Project Manager interview questions

Initial recruiter screening call where I discussed my product management background and experience including examples of leading cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and driving product strategy. The conversation covered both technical understanding and stakeholder management skills.

Was interviewing for an entry level product manager role. Everything was fine until I was asking follow-up questions and the interviewer told me since I didn't have direct product management experience, I need to look for other PM experiences.
