Two phone interviews and one face to face. Pretty easy going and informal. Don't think there was a formal process set up for the role I applied for. The psychometric was pretty strange too.

Interview
I think it's so sad how global companies operate so poorly in some areas such as Dubai. I believe this is totally against the company culture they try to create and knowing all the systems, tools they have to care about people it's just a shame. I have been interviewed for the role and did not have any feedback even though I tried to follow up. Eventually I gave up. Don't know what exactly happened but I don't care. You should get back to your candidates that's very basic. You can reject but you can't ignore especially If you work for IBM. I hope someone from Global team will ask for the reports for all candidates that IBM Dubai team never informed about their interview process and will apologize. I hope they will teach their employees more about Employer Branding and how each candidate is important. I'm very disappointed with IBM.
