Applied online through Grad-connect, Got a call a few weeks later asking about my details, got a 2nd call back for my uni GPA(credit average or higher) then got an aptitude test (very hard), After all this i finally got a call back so a month total asking for a HR interview, Basic HR style interview questions, Why did you apply for ibm? when did you hear about ibm?..... all the while asking where do I want to work, What do I enjoy doing? Then i did a Manager interview 3 days after the HR interview and got offered a job.
