The first step is group interview. All candidates divided into two groups to solve one problem in ten minute. After group discussion, there was an presentation by one of candidates in each group. The second interview is personal. All questions are about resume.

It was such long process. The first round, I was with three HR staffs at the firm. The ask me why did i´m interested in with this firm, with this position, what i expect etc. I was very decent and spoke with them very intelligent and i think, that was main key to join them. Afterward, they didn´t contact me several weeks. They contacted me after about two months and i had next interview with my potential chef. It was one on one interview. He showed me how expected my internship, what i wanted to do, it was very friendly and so fair. Because i have been very motivated person, i took the job offer. From 321 students, they chose 22 students and i´m so happy, that i can join them. (usually, the chef get a case study to potential student, but it was last day to join this company, so there wasn´t time for it)
After one month internship, i can say, that is very useful experience with friendly people, who want to help us with something. Everything what we want, we can solve with our chef. Here are just professionals.

Ordinary questions, what i want to do in 5 years, how is my experience, why did i chose this firm, you can be very polite and speak very intelligent, but not without emotion. They were very interested in last experience, it was very crucial(vital) for them! Without experience, i wasn´t chance to join them.
