Initially quite impersonal/automated. An initial phone screening followed by a series of gamified screenings/tests. These involved some straightforward math questions that got harder as you progressed.
This was followed by a round questions where you need to record you response in a video.
Followed by a code review where I walked through a few jupyter notebooks and explained the code I was seeing/ what it might do etc.
On site interview was quite relaxed and more interpersonal skills focused vs technical knowledge.
