1) Long application including CV with lots of questions. (up to 3 spelling mistakes allowed) + quant background heavily 2) group case discussion matching jobs and people profiles, where we attempted a matrix solution with the rest, but collaboration didn't work out well. confirmatory tests (numeric, verbal, ipato) during the rest of the day.
