I applied online. I interviewed at IBM in Apr 2022
Interview
It was pretty easy. First, there was an HR Round then 2 technical rounds. Technical rounds were not that tough. Salary negotiation didn't work out. I was given a range lower than mine
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM in Feb 2020
Interview
Professional! The recruiter was very nice and answered questions detailedly. If you answered one question wrongly or suddenly have no clue about the solution, the hiring manager would provide hint and lead you throughout to the answer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY)
Interview
The first interview was in person with the head of the department for about an hour. The second interview was with the director of the business division and he basically said that except for the formal hiring process he wants me on his team. Then after a week, I had a phone interview because I was abroad with the person who would be my direct manager and it went well. However, after a three months process, the HR officer called and said IBM is not currently hiring employees. The total process time was about 3-4.
