Got a call from HR, then had an initial HR interview to discuss my skills and interests.
After that was the first manager interview where I spoke to a lead of a practice. Behavioural questions, my interests in university subjects.
Two weeks later was the hiring manager interview. Got asked questions about what I did in university subjects, some technical questions, behavioural questions like "If I gave you a project, what questions would you ask me?"

Interview
There were four stages (for me it might be less for others) before being accepted. The first was an online test with limited time questions. Once you score a good grade, you go through three interviews. If you pass everything, you are accepted.
Interview process consisted of Hackerank, a recruiter screen, a "tech" screen, and then a final behavior round. Hackerrank was a JupyterNotebok and pretty open ended, the "tech" screen was pretty straightforward and not too technical at all.
However, the interview process was far from smooth. During the "tech" screen, my interviewer went on long tangents from talking about how he lost his Frequent Flier status due to lack of traveling to somewhat related topics about work. It was also clear that the interview was very scripted as he consistently mentioned that he "disagreed with questions on the form he had to fill out".
Afterwards, I received 3 separate emails telling me that I had been rejected, then moved on to the next round, then rejected again for no reason. It was very confusing.
