I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2010
Interview
This is just the first round interview and I have not got any feedback. The interviewer was a HR recruiter. She just ask some general questions and wrote them down, and will send them to technical department and wait for feedback. She will not make any decision. The questions includes visa status, relocation, work experience, expected salary, etc.

Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Give me a background of your technical experience.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM in Jun 2009
Interview
I had a phone interview for technical knowledge, and another from HR, asking how soon I could join, to which I said in about 2 weeks; how much salary I want, to which I replied I would rather first see IBM offer and then decide, but I gave my last employment offer doc. I was also asked if I am willing to relocate, to which I said yes.
Both interviews were conducted in the space of 3 days. My agency told I cleared both interviews, as I was expecting.
Now one week is passed, and no offer yet. HR is not responding.
I am selecting a negative experience because I am in the dark; however the guys that interviewed me were technically good and well mannered.
My purpose is to ask if it is the norm to not being intimated anything for a long time? and how long?
