IBM Application Developer interview questions

Interview process was very smooth. It started with an aptitude test on time-distance, clock, series questions, followed by an English test, which had questions on grammar. The selected candidates were then called for a personal interview the next day. The personal interview was one-on-one.

The interview as whole was not so difficult and not easy for sure, the interviewer didn't pass a skill that didn't ask me about during the interview, it included questions in the software engineering, database design and in design patters and everything was written in the CV
