IBM Application Developer interview questions

First there was a Coding Round After qualifying it there will be a Communication Test. After qualifying it there will be a Group Discussion. This is the last stage of this process i.e Interview.

There will be two rounds of interviews - one technical and one hr. First round was technical and they will ask basic java and oops questions. Second one was hr round and they asked behavioural questions and how did you handle difficult situations with clients in previous projects.
