HubSpot Manager, Customer Success interview questions

Screening Call with Recruiter who was exceptional and a credit to Hubspot. Followed by a zoom interview with the hiring manager which consisted of a role play plus some STAR based competency questions. Lovely hiring manager again and very interesting to speak with. Role Plays are never something that comes naturally to me I'm more of a real-life person but understand the concept behind this approach and see how it can give a good sense of how someone would converse in the situation.
