HubSpot Manager, Customer Success interview questions

I got the first call with HR. The questions were not very precise. The man on the phone was more trying to make me say things that were fitting with the job offer than talking about my background

Recruiter called on time and was very pleasant and open. They noted that I would be better suited for a more junior role at this time and was honest about salary expectations right away. We agreed that this would be too high of a drop, but they'll get in touch if anything changes, because they thought I'd be a good fit for the company. Sad I didn't get any further, but glad they were transparent and open right away!
