I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hinge
Interview
Interview process was relatively quick including an HM interview, take-home assessment, and then a 3 interview onsite. Recruiting was relatively responsive and these were all scheduled over the course of a month. While I didn't get an offer they did give some feedback over the phone which I greatly appreciate.

Question 1
Value questions and then process questions like "How would you display X insight/metric in a dashboard?"
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hinge (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
The first round was a background/project discussion with the hiring manager, then two technical interviews about system design and API design, the questions were very valid real-world questions related to Hinge. The last round was behavioral.
Applied online. HR reached out and set up an interview with the hiring manager.
Hiring manager and I had a 30 mins web interview where they asked about my experience, what the role is about, and the process etc. They were satisfied and said someone would reach out to me for next round which was supposed to be a take home analysis test (followed by an interview)
Then they ghosted me. I have sent multiple emails to HR and interview coordinator with no response.
That’s what happens when a company is run by bunch of yuppies who think they own the world and can do whatever they want. No respect for people’s time and no compassion for job seekers.
