Five Guys Assistant Manager/Manager interview questions

It was a quick interview. I started as a pt crew to get extra money. I quit with notice shortly after Christmas. The DM called 6 months letter and offered me an opportunity of employment as ask manger. Based on my experience in past job with 6 years of management. He said I had a great personality. We talked about cleanliness and having an enthusiastic energy.

I answered and ad stating, "We are looking to staff a few locations and in need of someone that would like to grow with us. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced managers." When I got to the interview, I was offered a job for $10 an hour flipping burgers. The ad they placed was misleading and deceptive. I guess they get the level of employees they are willing to pay for. The whole process was a waste of time and energy.
