I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Écosse) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was called by a recruiter about the graduate training process. After an initial phone call and chat about the programme I was asked to complete a video interview. After passing the video interview, which was recorded rather than through Skype, I was invited to an Assessment day in the Glasgow office. The assessment day consisted of 3, 5 minute interview which were very relaxed; a 30 minute maths test (basic GCSE maths, used Bitesize for revision); a 1 hour aptitude test; and a 1 hour Venn Diagram test (which was pretty straight forward).
The interviews were very relaxed. It was more of a chat than a formal interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Met a rep at a career fair and signed up. This was followed by an easy phone screen where they would ask you what you know about FDM, what computer science projects you have done, etc. The phone screen is very easy to pass; in hindsight, you could've probably said anything and still pass. I was then scheduled for an assessment day. At the assessment day, we were first shown a video of the CEO talking about the FDM program. I was then given an insultingly easy test where the questions included basic addition problems; if you graduated middle school, you should be able to pass all of it no problem. One of the account managers then gave a presentation about income and benefits, all of which are incredibly low ($22k before bonus nad I think, other glassdoor reviews have better estimates). This is followed by 3 short interviews with 3 salespeople. I got the offer the next day but I turned it down since I thought this was a bad deal especially with the 2 year contract.

1) Online application form 2) Video interview 3) Assessment centre
1) Standard CV/Cover letter deal. Don't write anything stupid.
2) Given one minute to answer a question of theirs. Had to do this 5 times. Don't use chrome. Make sure you have a good connection. I used this site and others to find the exact questions and the order they would be asked in. I don't think they change them.
3) Went to their headquarters. They gave a presentation and a tour. We had to do three exams (general business/tech aptitude; logic via venn diagrams; numeracy) followed by three 5 minute speed interviews covering three different interviews. Can't remember the topics, but someone else on here probably has. Look them up.
