I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2023
Interview
I was put through a couple of informal phone calls, then two recruiter calls, then three calls with hiring managers, and then heard nothing for months. Then after two months of nothing, I was reached out to by the recruiter who told me "we never hired anyone and I still don't know what your status is". Horrible experience to interview seven times and not even hear the result.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EY (Philadelphia, PA) in Jun 2022
Interview
The process was informative and included multi-stages to confirm business acumen and knowledge of the industry. I will strongly consider EY in a future career jump if I decide to re-enter the consulting world.
