Short simple one interview . One person from HR , one leader and one technician guy asked questions It was a talk. Negotiation after the technical meeting, and after choosing you, but they want to lower your requirements, so be prepared.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Telekom in Oct 2022
Interview
Sent all documents and contacted within the same day. First meet: no one of Deutsche Telekom joined the call Second meet: Teams call with a snr mngr ok, just discussed about my resume Third meet: should have been in presence there so I even searched for cheap flight to reach Bonn. But, after a couple of days that they told me to go there, they said that having a Teams would have been even better. I met with 2 people, mngr/snr mngr from tech and HR, who asked some question and required to ask in German (even if not my language). Ok, go for that. After that, gave me a case study related to M&A and Financial Data (EBITD, Revenues).. but, how are these topics related to the expertise of the interviewers?!?!?!?! Actually, they work for tech and HR damn.... by the way, they read a power point with the solution, it is not a case rather a homework for which they have been expecting a correct answer... 15 mins prep + 15 mins explain..
