Im Allgemeinen dauert es nicht lange, aber deren Antwort ließ sehr, sehr, sehr lange auf sich warten.
Insgesamt dauerte das Verfahren beinahe 3 Monate.
Nach einem telefonischen Interview tat sich ein Monat lang nichts.
Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. Wirklich unangenehm ist jedoch die lange Antwortzeit.

I found Deutsche Telekom's process to be rather drawn out. When I was made aware of the position, it had been open for almost two months. After initial contact, an in-person interview at their corporate office was set through a secretary. The interview was set for over a month later though. Considering they had not filled the position, this seemed a bit odd. After interview confirmations were made as the interview date approached, I was informed by email days before the interview that the interview was canceled because the position was being eliminated due to restructuring.

Ich bekam 2 Vorstellungsgespräche mit DT auf dem Handy, und beide waren ganz leicht. Ich habe nicht mit der Personalabteilung gesprochen, obwohl ich später herausgefunden habe, dass es gar keine Personalabteilung in der Firma gibt :)
