One round with my manager and supervisor. A reference does not help as much. It is directly advised to go to the site and try to apply. They presented the company structure during the interview for about 30 minutes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Telekom (Pune)
Interview
Discussion with recruiter
1 technical round
2 Personal interaction round
3 HR round
4. Took my documents after HR round
firstly till HR round everyone was ok with the expected salary. Somehow they mailed me that they cannot give me the expected salary. They would have convey this in recruiter round only if they are not ready to give expected salary. So I would not given the further rounds then only.
They wasted my time and efforts.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Deutsche Telekom (Aschaffenbourg) in Mar 2021
Interview
Average process. It was a bit hard to get a food in the door. Then again it was a narrow doorway and I am not exactly slim either. I had a good experience overall with the process.
