CarMax interview questions

The interview process is initiated by an online application after which if you're a candidate you receive a call to set an appt for a phone interview. If you get past that step you receive another call to set an appt for a face to face interview which was friendly, Causal, i was asked questions about my experience, work history etc. After that returned for a second interview with store manager which was very informative regarding salary, benefits, expectations, growth potential etc. And then an offer was made for hire

Phone interview with HR recruiter then I was scheduled for an in person interview. Interview process was about an hour. Got hired on the spot and did my drug test and on boarding that day.
