CarMax interview questions

Internally referred by CarMax employee. Application process is rather long. You have to create a profile, upload and add your experience. Then there are a series of character and logic based questions that take. In all the application itself can take up to an hour. Interview process: Recruiter Screen (this came after about 2 weeks). This was your basic go over your background session with one "tell me about a time question" Hiring Manager video call - this may not be typical but we just spoke about our experiences and I described the things I've built as a PM. Final Round - 5 hour back to back interview session. Mostly Directors of PM, one Designer, VP of product and the Head of Product. Questions were mostly of behavioral (tell me about a time, describe a time when, etc.). These questions are a big focus and they prefer the STAR method of answering. There was a case study session where give you a fictional company and go over questions and exercises based on the data and scenarios they present to you.
