Interview
It was a three-step process. The online application took a while to complete, a detailed skills/experience entry and then a lengthy personality assessment. The first "interview" was a phone screening. The man calling said it would be 5-7 minutes, but we spoke for over 20 minutes. It was basic questions, mainly looking to see if you're competent and not a serial killer. The second interview was very long, about two and a half hours. My interviewer was late, there was a lot of down-time (probably 15-20 minutes of sitting while the interviewer took care of other things). The interview consisted of about an hours worth of "tell me about a time when / describe a work situation where you" type behavioral analysis questions. Then there was a sales exercise where they gave you a cheat sheet about a prospective customer and a car to sell them. It was insightful and pretty fun, but by the end of the interview I was pretty drained.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to overcome a dispute with a co-worker (so many questions like this)
The Interview process was fairly easy and I have a drug screen right then and there and got hired on the spot. This was a few years ago before covid so right now i don’t know the atmosphere.
