CarMax interview questions

Initial phone screen with an existing analyst that included brief functional questions, 2 behavioral questions and a short business case. All day onsite interview that contained multiple interviews - a panel interview, behavioral interviews, and business cases. Lunch was provided at the on campus cafeteria with would be peers. Some additional testing and background screening was also conducted.

They interviewed me over the phone then brought me in to be interviewed by a few managers. The whole process was very easy and I made you feel comfortable yet on edge enough to bring your A game! They hired me on the spot!
