CarMax interview questions

The interview process was performed quickly and efficiently. There was a next day call after filling out the online application, which lead to a next day interview. The questions asked were typical but were friendly and not meant to be open for interpretation. They were straight forward and fairly easy to answer if you were truthful. The interview was finalized by a tour around the facility as well as a job offer at the end. Great experience.

First Carmax will set up a phone interview. If this is passed, there are one or two in person interviews. The phone interview is conducted by the management assistant, which is the person in the store location that handles HR duties such as hiring. The in person interviews are conducted by at least two different managers, one being the manager to which you will be reporting.
