I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CarMax (Richmond, VA) in Jun 2014
Interview
One all day series of interviews from 9 - 5. I initially met with the hiring managers of each open position in one on one interviews and then I was shuttled from room to room for various group and or individual interviews. This lasted all day including an interview over lunch in their cafeteria so there were no breaks in the interviews throughout the day except to take several tests including aptitude, personality and strangely enough a urine sample right there onsite in between the interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about KPI experience and usage and how I would solve or drive usage online in their line of business.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CarMax (Fairfield, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Applied online and got a call from HR about two days later to set up a time for a phone interview. The Operations Manager called on time and immediately went into questioning. This is when the interview took a weird turn. She asked very basic interview questions and would rush to ask the next question before I could even finish with my answers. At one point cut me off 5 seconds into an answer just to ask another question. When I asked a question about the job she stated it wasn't her department and she really had no idea. The interview lasted 10 minutes. It was very unprofessional and seemed as if they weren't actually interested in filling the position.
