CarMax interview questions

Asked about relevant experience, asked me to speak about prior jobs. Described the working hours, and shop layout. Spoke about manager and their roles in helping the mechanics do their jobs.

Initial phone interview with follow-up interview in person. The phone interview lasted about twenty minutes and I was called three weeks later to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of meeting with two managers separately and completing a "mock" car sales pitch.
