Interview
Applied online, received an email from a recruiter just about 3-4 days later to set up a phone interview. Went super well, felt like I was very likable and we spoke for awhile. He said he wanted to go ahead and send my information to the Manager at this location, he told me I would hear back within’ 48 hours. With hopes up high, I received an email rejecting me and saying they are moving forward with other candidates. Okay, it happens. Saw on indeed a week after that they’re having a Hiring Event soon. I thought okay, maybe I can prove to myself that I’m a qualified candidate. Received an email from someone in the company to apply online just to make the process easier. I responded saying I had applied and mentioned my interview. She said she looked me up and saw that and that the managers are indeed looking for other candidates and I can’t re-apply until 6 months. I completely respect that, but it does suck people will decline you without getting to know you as a person. Very disappointed as the recruiter talked high above about the company and it made me feel like it would be a dream job. I thought fate brought me to attend the hiring event as I saw it, but it turns out I shouldn’t mess with them anymore. I am more than sure it is a GREAT company, but I guess in most jobs markets they are willing to reject others when they’re in need of many employees.
Wish I could submit photos. Just received an email back saying they’re not able to provide me feedback which tbh is bull in my opinion because I know plenty of employees that do so.
