The first round is with an Human Resources rep. Just breifly goes over your resume and asks you some behavioral questions. The second round is with a technology manager. Not bad

Interview
Due to covid, the interview was conducted over zoom. The first 30 minutes was like any other interview, the second 30 minutes was a role play exercise to see if your communication style will work for the company. Study the sheet they provide you before hand, focus on connecting with the “customer”, find out what they want the car for, & sound confident. Those are what will land you the job. If you make a mistake, don’t let it trip you up during the role play, but make sure you acknowledge it afterwards & present yourself as eager to learn.

Interview
A pretty long process that can take a few hours. Up to 6 hours meeting with 4 different sales managers that ask you pretty basic straight up questions. There is also a role play if you make it that far.
