Phone interview with Department head to see if your a good match if not then they will send you to a different manager to see if your a better fit there. Then you will have a in person interview aswering a couple questions about your self and how you handle customer service issues afterwards a quick sales scenario on the lot to finish it.

Good and straight forward not complicated. Feel misleading as they say $20/hr initially and not until final interview they say it will be $20 for only a couple of weeks then $7.25/hr.
