from inside sources: the hiring process has changed quite a bit over the last year. they have switched from Recruiters to Insight software to screen potential candidates. based on that I can only assume the interview process has changed as well.

The "Describe a time when you ...." questions are difficult because they force one to think on their feet because they are looking for real past experiences not generalizations.

the interview process is very grueling. actually, the application process and psychological tests took 3 hours alone.
the phone interview took about an hour.
the first face to face interview took the better part of 8 hours.
the final interview with the regional VP of purchasing was laid back and easy.
