Capco Associate Talent Program interview questions

It took about 2 months total, pretty standard phone screens and interviews. HR was pretty slow at moving along the process and generally vague, but the interviewers generally knew what they were looking for.

Had an initial interview with a company representative at my university and then got invited to NYC for what they called Assessment Center Day. When I got there, it first started with a series of rapid fire questions which were a combination of brain teasers and those about the company overall such as the name of the ceo, etc. Afterwards, we were required to draft a business email as an exercise and lastly, we were given a case to work on as part of a group. Overall, the people were generally nice and the office was beautiful with nice views.
