Capco Associate Talent Program interview questions

I applied online and I was contacted by a recruiter. I had a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was in a rush and said she had more people to interview. I felt rushed. The questions she asked were trivial. What is consulting? What is project management? She kept on asking asked if I had any questions.... When I asked her in depth job description questions she was not able to articulate and answer. Based on my phone interview I would have not accepted any offer.
