I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King in Jan 2016
Interview
It was a fairly straightforward, first-round interview and lasted around half an hour. The interviewer asked mostly behavioral questions. They seemed to ask more about flaws or areas for improvement than I've experienced in other interviews (i.e. in addition to critiquing yourself, asking about what a former employer would say you could improve upon).
