I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King
Interview
Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. The first interview was over the phone, super short. Then I had a 1 hour behavioral interview. Then soon after that I had a 1 hour case study interview. Then after that I was flown to Miami for their recruitment day. That was an all day event. The whole process moved very quick which I appreciated.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King (Stanford, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was given a call after I dropped my resume at a career fair. From there, Had an in-person behavioral interview, an online behavioral interview, and finally an online case interview. The final round is in Miami, where you spend the whole day doing business simulations and answering tougher questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burger King
Interview
Required submission of resume/cover letter. Was a phone interview. Then, paid to fly to their headquarters for a day-long in-person interview. In-person interview started with a team game and then moved to short interviews with multiple employees. Gave a tour of the facility and had lunch with some current Leadership Development employees. Then, made cuts before the final part of the interview, which was ridiculous! Final part consisted of presenting a handout that you pre-made about why BK should hire you. Then, were forced to select which candidate you would choose to fire (this was just dumb).
