Durante l’intervista in BCG mi hanno davvero messo sotto pressione, era chiaro che volevano vedere come reagivo al feedback continuo, anche un po’ duro a tratti. Era proprio un test di tenuta mentale più che di contenuto all’inizio. Poi nella seconda parte mi hanno dato un market sizing, abbastanza aperto, e lì ho dovuto ragionare a voce alta, giustificare ogni passo. Alla fine è andata bene perché sono riuscito a rimanere lucido e strutturato nonostante la pressione.
